Terrible Reception - IG3

Hi,

 

I joined o2 from Vodafone 3 weeks ago now and despite the coverage map saying I have great indoor and outdoor reception, that really isn't the case.

 

My phone is constantly connected to wifi calling, without it calls are broken, inbound calls go to voicemail and dialling out doesn't always work.

 

Data speeds are laughable, looking at a max of 200kbps regardless what time of day it is.

 

I spoke to an agent who said theres a mast issue but I was notified last week that it has been resolved, but no change to my reception.

 

My phone is a Realme X50 Pro 5G and I've tried my sim in other phones with the same results so it isn't the handset.

 

3 weeks in and I genuinely regret joining.

Have you tried a new sim?
