We have an O2 business essentials contract with you and one of the phones has part of the bill via telefonica - how do I find/print that bill off?

Telefonica is the parent company of O2.
Your bills should all be printed in the same way. If there are any differences, call Business CS on 8002 to discuss the issue.

I believe the issue is that one bill is not showing on the account and appears to be a "Telefonica" bill, not an "O2" one.....?

I thought he was asking how to print that part of his bill off? I was just showing him the way....
