I have paid off my device and I plan not to upgrade up to 2 years. I've been thinking that maybe I can save money if I choose a 12month airtime plan rather than continuing my current airtime. However, I need insight of how to do it. Thank you.

Hi @Jebb218

You need to look at UPGRADING via the sim only tariffs in My O2. You can have them for 30 days, 12 months or 24 months.

These are the tariffs available for Sim Only. https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=Featured

After ordering and upgrade, will this automatically cancel my current airtime?
