I traded in my iPhone 15 Pro VIA Switch up for the 16 Pro Max. Finally received my 16 Pro Max on Friday 25th October after a 4 week wait.

I posted my 15 Pro back in the original box, bubble wrap and a postage bag using the QR code on the label emailed to me. This was posted on Tuesday 29th. I never received the ‘pack’ they were sending out. According to the tracking the phone was delivered back to O2 on Wednesday 30th but I have had no correspondence to confirm this meaning I am now starting to worry. Has anyone had a similar experience and how long did it take for O2 to confirm they had the device and all was OK?

@AimTurn

It can take a couple of weeks to process.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Thank you

I have now had 3 email reminders to send my device to them, despite the tracking showing as delivered. Guess it’s time to give them a call!

@AimTurn when the Royal Mail tracking shows as delivered it means the trailer with your particular phone on it has been delivered but along with probably thousands more. They then work through them, you’ll get an email confirming when they’ve processed everything
