Hi, i've just noticed i'm subribed to something called cellfish media at £2.99 a week thats been added to my bills... I've never knowingly signed up and have no idea how to cancel it. o2 website suggests you can turn off charge to mobile but gives no help as to how to do this.

Hi All,

My son has fallen foul of iFitness and Cellfish Media. I have read a lot of threads and have found the number for iFitness to stop the scam and hopefully claim back the charges I believe,.

For Cellfissh its a different matter. I have looked at the link given in the many threads about "Have you fallen for or been conned into a premium rate scam? What to do next" which is good advice but I can see no mention of Cellfish media in the list of the 20.

Has anybody succesfully stopped this service and if so what process did they take?
