Hi last month I signed up to o2 refresh to receive my student discount. I did everything o2 have asked me to do I have redeemed my code that I have received from Unidays and I still didnt receive my discount. I am still waiting to receive my code for a free railcard. I don't know how much longer I should wait. I have already contacted o2 few weeks ago and they told me that with my next bill I should receive my discount. I receive my bill over a week ago and I think I can see a that a discount has been applied to my profile but still no code for a railcard. What can I do now ?

Hi @Anonymous Sorry but it does appear that you have to contact CS again to chase them up about this. Don't use live chat...
Apparently it comes through Priority within 2-4 weeks http://www.o2.co.uk/studentoffer
