I have tried using 2220 to stop texts, it is so garbled that I can make no sense of it. I have just had a live chat with a GURU called Benji who wanted so much information that I had to say it would be easier to move to another supplier. He did not seem particularly concerned and terminated the chat.
Is there anyone out there who can point me in the right direction please

Hi
I am pretty sure you can check your o2 text preferences in myo2 online.

Which o2 texts are you getting and want to stop?

Call O2 and ask for the texts to be turned off.
They should be able to do it for you.
Don't use live chat.

O2 More can also need turning off separately.

Would you prefer someone being able to make changes to your account with no security checks, not for me thank you.
Keep improving the checks O2!
