Sony Xperia 1 II Delivery

Hi, I pre-ordered my Sony Xperia 1 II on the 12th of June, at this point it said that delivery would take 2 weeks, is this 2 weeks from the order date or 2 weeks from the release date?

Also, the delivery time now states that it will be a 3 week delay, will that apply to me?
