I didn't get an order confirmation that has the date on.

If you follow the info in this guide, when you get to the last page you can download that as a pdf file and print it off.

Thanks for your reply, but I think O2 have changed their layout/system as mine is different to the guide.

The email order confirmation will have a sent date

Scroll down your MyO2 home page about half way and you'll see recent orders.

Go in there and print your order as a PDF which you can then attach to your claim.
