For the past year the network is getting slower and slower.

Especially in built up areas, concerts. I was in Blackpool in the summer and I couldn't use any internet. But my friend on Vodafone was ok. I live in the WF1 area and even there, its not good. 5G hardly works when in Leeds etc...Sort it out.

Never had a problem in Leeds or Sheffield with 5G and constantly when in Leeds I get 150Mbps to 350Mbps, and the same in Sheffield 5G areas.

Built up areas are because building block radio waves, its a law of physics, as radio waves are absorbed by stone and if metal is in place, then it can't penetrate the walls made of metal.

When there are lots of people at concerts then the network can only handle so many connections, so maybe ask the promoter to speak to o2 and get a temporary mast setup (which they have to pay for),......
