HI Toby,

I have the most up to date Huawei dongle . My landline speed is only 2.5 meg and unable to stream which is the reason I have the Dongle with 02  , 40 gig a month.

 

02 is fine with the Amazon firestick  but will not allow catch up with a skybox. I have been advised by Sky that Vodafone mobile wifi works ok .

 

Can you advise if this is a pure technical problem ?

Toby is no longer here, but we know from other customers that Sky won't work with O2.

For what its worth I had the same problem with an O2 PAYG data SIM, a Huawei B525 router and Sky+.  Could not download any catch up TV, got error 10.10 download failed.  I then tried a vodafone data only SIM and it works perfectly.  20Mbs 4G.  So much better that the Sky 1Mbps ADSL!
