How can I activate a new sim in a simswap,if my old sim already dead?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

@Just12 If your old sim has either stopped working or has been deactivated, your best option would be to go into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll issue you with a new sim related to your account. Make sure you bring identification with you when you go.
