Sim still hasn't arrived

Hello,

 

I ordered a sim as part of a sim only contract on thursday the 29th and it still hasn't arrived, despite being told that it should come within one day. I have also recieved an email today claiming that my first bill has come through despite recieving it yet? Can I expect it tomorrow?

Weekend:Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Sims take 2-3 working days to come, i think only devices are sent 1 day delivery.

You can call to get refunded if you are billed for time before the sim arrives.
