I cancelled the O2 SIM card that was suppose to be sent to me a few days ago, as it was mistakenly sent by the company to another address.
I called customer service a few days ago and I was said that it was cancel and nothing was going to be charge to my account. Checking my bank account today I am seeing a direct debit for £4.99. can you please check if these needs to be refunded and effectively cancel the direct debit since I am not using any O2 services.
The ticket number provided to me with the cancellation is [Removed]. My phone number is [Removed].
Finally can you please confirm when this has been solved
Thanks, Daniel

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
