Signal trouble

Since the day before the whole o2 network went down I've been having problems with signal. I used to get full signal inside and outside my house, now I'm lucky if I get one bar most of the time. I have checked on the site and it says everything is working fine. I restarted my phone, tried everything it tells you to and still nothing. I can't even report a fault with the network as I can't ring them. It is also not just me this is happening to, people that live nearby are having the same problem. Can anyone help?

@KittKat Use the My Network app to report it and get the others to do the same https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
