I have moved house and on my street i have 0 to 1 bar of signal, even though the O2 signal checker says that the area has great signal indoors and outdoors. I have followed all the correct steps to check if it is my phone with the issue, but still nothing. I am not sure what to do if i dont have any signal i cannot work from home. Please can you help me with this issue? Postcode: GU22 8QX.

Keep checking the status page as faults don't always show up immediately, but if it's a dead spot, all you can do is use WiFi calling.
