Sending back a repaired phone

Ive recently sent off my phone for repair. I was told by o2 that I'd need to pay for a more secure option through the post office to ensure the phone arrived safely which I have done so. However, will my phone come back to me with the same method of security or will it just get sent back dumped in the post box like a card from your nan? (I do love my nan :))

Thank you!

Lucy

It will be sent back usually by either DPD or Yodel so its up to you if thats better than Royal Fail.

@Luuu

Last few deliveries I've had have been from DHL.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
