I had heard that you could send SMS texts to mobile phones using the www.o2.co.uk website but I cannot work it out how to do this. There is supposed to be a "send a free text message" link, but can't find it. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I am staying in an area in Cornwall with no phone coverage but can get wifi.

Thanks! slight_smile

Depending on your phone, you might be able to call over WiFi
https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling but you can always text on WiFi using WhatsApp or messenger to others with the same apps.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
