Hi all I had a little accedent with my note 4 phone i dropped it on a hard floor and the screen has now got little cracks init the phone still works ok can see what i'm doing but would like some help as to how to get it fixed?

That's what I was told in vodafone shop about warranty not helping so looks like I'll have to send it to samsung

yeah @Anonymous thing is the phone is my dad's cos he's paying for it as the account is in his name but I have a standing order with bank that gives him the money back everymonth

Maybe also look at an insurance policy for the future, just in case?

With a phone that expensive @blissgirl  you must get it insured much cheaper in the long run....:smileywink:

I have mine in a wallet style cover so it would be ok for some but not all drops. Cost me £2 on ebay.
