I have just been scammed on my mobile I stupidly pressed subscribe mistakenly and they have now taken £4.50 and more to unsubscribe is there anyway you can delete these charges the site was hairstyles from funforyou telephone No to unsubscribe is 64055. There was no warning to say they would charge. Thanks for your help on this

This happened to me to on 5th June. I immediately texted STOP and contacted 02 who did nothing. Said it would take 24hrs to show on my bill and that I must have subscribed. It is now on my bill and I am £4.50 out of pocket, just for pressing a button online. Total scam, tricking you in to subscribing - appalling. 02 not interested as they get some of the profits..
