Hello
I stupidly spoke with someone from this number saying she was 02. 0161 393 5076. Said she could half my contract 4 quid by next bill which i said fine. I didnt give her my personal details, she knew what phone i had? And how i blitzed data last month?

I feel stupid i took the call, checked my accounts and rang 02. Who said scam

Also notify your bank.

After O2 investigate they should return you to your previous contract.

@MarkR1 For your own protection and peace of mind, change your O2 password. Also check your bank account, and inform your bank of the mishap. You and your bank can then keep an eye out for any unauthorised charges. You can never be too careful when it comes to scam callers.
