I Have received a text from someone saying I had signed up and would be getting discount alerts at £4.50 max 3 per month. I cannot recall signing up for anything and am afraid it is a scam. What should I do?

I got that aswell you have to txt back stop to all these or they will still charge you hope you get this sorted ASAP 😀
