I keep being called by someone claiming to be from O2 and saying I’m entitled to a 40% discount on my tariff. They then send a text message and ask me to tell them the embedded code in it. It’s just happened for the fifth time in about 2 months.  I’m not inclined to do that, not least because the message says I should enter the code into my account myself - where and why I have no idea. I can’t find any reference to this supposed discount on this site either (something to do with COVID? Just weird…)

I’d also like to know if there’s somewhere specific on the website where you’re supposed to go to report suspicious activity. O2 don’t seem to be going out of their way to signpost any security support.
