So I order a phone on a Friday. I pay £6.99 for Saturday delivery.
UK Mail/DHL tracking tells me delivery is delayed to Monday. FFS, need a refund.
Online chat - "Oh, UK Mail doesn't do Saturday deliveries."
So why the blazes did O2 take my money for something that's not even a thing?
