I'm using Samsung S10 plus. I am able connect to O2 Wi-Fi manually everywhere I go except this Sainsburys store at Aylesford, ME20 7NA. Please can someone help me with this.

@Zabraham

Ask in the store as I'd guess there is a fault with it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Zabraham

You need to report in store, as they will refer it to the o2 wifi support desk (this is not consumer facing) via their internal processes.

You will need to provide them with as much detail as you can.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Hi @Zabraham , hope you're having a good Friday. slight_smile

It's been a while since you posted about the wifi issue at the Sainsbury's store so I'm assuming you managed to progress with some next steps mentioned above? It would be great to hear back from you to see if everything turned out ok with it or if you have any additional questions.

Hi thanks for checking on me. I did ask the Sainsburys staff about this but they weren't able to help me with this. I am having to use my mobile data inside Sainsburys Aylesford

You could try reporting it to O2, numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support but I think they would have to call the store anyway as there's nothing O2 could do otherwise.
You really need to speak to the store manager.

They just like to post their username on old threads for some reason?
