You need to contact o2 and request a new sim card, or you can pop into any o2 store with photo ID, and they can set you up a replacement sim card straight away

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Hi @Aleksandra12723 , sorry to hear you lost your SIM card.

I always write down the SIM card numbers on the back of a new SIM card before I put it in the phone, so if I lose the SIM card I haven't lost my number, and am still in control of it.

It's a great tip and one which gets overlooked.

😃
