Has anyone experienced new unlocked phone.. SIM card not registering in it? Upgrade from Samsung Galaxy s6 to s7. Thank you

Have you activated your sim ?

If having problems then give customer services a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

You may need a new sim

Use you old SIM card in the new phone. Your new account has already been transferred to your old SIM..
