Hello. I did a contract with Virgin, and they asked me if I needed a SIM card from O2. I said yes because it sounded nice at first, but I changed my mind because I'm happy with the one I'm using, and I don't want to change it. I did the contract 4 days ago with them. They said that the SIM would cost me £2.99 I believe. But now I see on the bundle it says £12 per month will be charged for the month? So does that mean I'm in a contract with O2? If so, I want to cancel/stop it. As I cannot check for myself because I'm not O2 user can't log in the app to see if there is a contract. Also, I don't need the SIM card as well.
How to return the SIM and stop if there is a contract with them. Thanks!

You need to speak to O2 as you will be charged for the contract even if you don't use it.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Your post is a bit confusing as you are discussing contracts and then Bundles. Now bundles are Pay as you go and you are not tied to any contract whatsoever. Also the sim is free with O2. BIG BUNDLES

Add to that, if you can't log into MyO2 as you aren't with us, then you haven't taken out a contract at all.

If and when this sim arrives you can return it or put it in a drawer. Bottom line, if you don't use the sim or top up then you won't be charged as PAYG is very different to contract.

Have a nice Easter.
