I have ordered an S22 plus on Sunday as the deal looked great as it offered free Samsung Pro Ear buds and £100 additionally to recycle my old phone. However, the S22 plus is currently out of stock and I wasn't notified until I had placed my order. The deals for the ear buds and recycle uplift run out at the beginning of April and I can only claim once I have my new phone. How can I contact O2 to see if they will be extending these deals if I don't get my new device in time?

To contact O2 regarding their recycle promotion you need to speak to customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
