my phone didnt work when i was in Guernsey, Do I need to do anything on my phone? I'm going to Croatia and Portugal later in the year and would I to make sure it works next time?

Guide: Roaming MegaGuide should help - you may have not had data roaming switched on on your phone, or may have a cap in place that prevents roaming (which means contacting O2 CS - 202 for Contract or 4445 for PAYG, or use the Social Media team, links below), @Raq.
