Your only chance is to call customer service on 202 to see if they will refund some of the charges but if they are genuine they may well insist on full payment. Speak to them, nothing to lose only your time.

No i didnt have Travel activated on my account, i didnt know anything about it
It where anything i can do regarding my bill apart from paying it ?

I would second what jonse says give them a call and explain you didn't know about o2 travel it should have been active anyway unless you disabled it if you get no joy at first you can always call back and speak to someone else there's no harm in trying they will sometimes make an exception but do call them up do not use live chat @Anonymous
