Roaming charges when in Spain

Hi hope someone can help, just wish for some confirmation, my technical knowledge is limited and have been reading the roaming charges and still unsure.

We are going to Spain for 14 days, what do I need to do in order not to incur high phone call charges when

1. Ringing the UK from Spain (if I need to do anything as it is in the Eurozone)  AND

2. Making calls within Spain.

Do I need to add an international bolt on, like when I need to ring Spain from the UK?

Nothing needed.

Just use your allowances as normal for both types of calls.
