I am planning to travel to Singapore, but it seems that Singapore is not part of any O2 roaming plans. Anyone has any idea what will be the roaming charges for data in Singapore? Thx.

Yep, local sim card recommended

Make sure you have your passport with you when you purchase one

Do not buy from the airport as it's twice as expensive from there.

And if travelling via the Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, etc - it is the same data cost there, so make sure you have data roaming turned off on your phone as you board your flight in the UK - £7.20 in Dubai for looking at your phone as you wait to connect, and £7.20 again some hours later in Singapore all add up... 😱
