You can  use your phone without charge in Poland. This means using it as if you are at home. However your data will be restricted to 25G

The one thing you should do before travel is call O2 to make sure there is NO ROAMING BAR on your account. (With Covid restrictions on travel abroad, some accounts have a roaming bar)

Call them  on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

For calls from UK to Poland, you should get the International bolt on https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/the-international-bolt-on

Calls are then 1.5p per min.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
