Hi Guys

I am roaming in a zone 2, I have rest my phone turned it on and off ? But still not receiving any OTP messages. I have been held up in the South African call Centre for over 3 hours today and they could not help me. What options and suggestions can someone help me or point me to the correct call centre.

I am thinking its something to do with Mobile Data settings?? Help

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Also you can try these options.

Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Not one that you can contact directly @Timber1

If it is necessary, customer service will refer your issue to them.
