Rewards voucher not arrived - no one at O2 cares

Hi

Can O2 please help.

I ordered a £10 Amazon voucher on 6 January and still nothing has arrived. I did an online chat 2 weeks later and they said to phone the call centre.

I phone the call centre on the 24th January and they said there was nothing they can do. They said wait another week and then call. When I asked what they would do, they said they could make a note on the system.

I asked her to log a complaint, she refused.

O2 seem to want to offer rewards, but then mess up the service to get them to us. It is disgusting. I have delayed buying something so I can use my voucher. Seems I have wasted my time with O2 - no one cares, there is no one to talk to who knows. There should be a separate email for Rewards.

Can someone help please!?

Thanks

You can contact the complaints through this form.

Unfortunatly I don't think you'll be compensated for this. You haven't been left out of pocket by O2.

There's a few admins here but all they could do is pass it on. Not sure it would get a result any faster than the normal complaint procedure.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

There's a separate email for complaints the advisors can't deal with them over the phone. She wasn't being difficult on purpose I'm sure.

As Stuart said check junk mail.

Do you have the confirmation message about the rewards claim?

I checked my spam and nothing. I clear it on a regular basis and they stated it would be posted.

I'd like my voucher now or il move networks to where I can get actual rewards.

What is the email for complaint or to contact rewards?

Iv now ordered my stuff on amazon, payoff full price as I had no voucher. I'm unimpressed. O2 should compensate for this. If it was sent, we should be able to track it.

Thanks for your messages.
