I want to give back the phone which I had 14 days for that but I already pick the new phone so basically I want also stay with the same number

If you return the phone, they will terminate your contract at the same time, so you will lose the number associated with it.

o2 dont do partial returns.

Your option is to pay off the device plan and the move to a sim only contract and then use the new phone with the same number.

You can only return the phone if you are within 14 days under the change of mind policy

If it's longer than 14 days then you are liable for all of the costs of the phone(Unless it's faulty)
