Last November I reported an apple fraud case to o2 for which I received a letter from o2 removing my name from the account and sorting out my credit check file. Now almost 4 months later I still have the phone in my possession. I have sent 2 emails and called customer service simply asking how to return the phone safely back to o2 but I have got no response. I can't throw it in the trash and I cannot keep it. Can someone advice me on what to do. I already got a new phone so I do not want keep this

I have 4 phones from o2 that i have been trying to return but everytime i try to call i dont get a proper resolution. Could you help me?
