Hello all,

 

I bought a PAYG Phone on the 06/11/2020 and after a few days I decided to return it under the 14 day returns policy. I sent it off in the returns envelope on 13/11/2020 and the royal mail tracking shows it was recieved on 14/11/2020. I haven't heard anything since then, anyone else have any issues with returns?

Expect around 10 working days for a rely back from O2.

It's just that O2 take ages to process returns.

I could imagine with COVID it might take longer, So i'l get my refund eventually?

Yes, it's possible it could take longer these days, but you'll be refunded once the return is processed.
