Unfortunately O2 webmail has now been closed down.
Any emails you had will now be lost forever so you should set up a new account (gmail, hotmail etc) and inform all your contacts of the change.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sorry but O2 webmail has closed Notice was given to those using it. Your only option now is to contact Customer services but I doubt they will be able to help http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
