I have recently joined o2 and had 6months of Disney plus as part of my bundle.
I have now gone to set up my new Disney plus account and have accidentally submitted the wrong details that have now been set up as an account.
(Email used - Ruby.humphries@hotmail.co INSTEAD OF Ruby.humphries**Personal info**).
I would like to speak to someone about resetting this and getting a new link to set up a new account and cancelling the old one. I am unable to do so with Disney + and have already tried.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
