I have a SIM only contract. Recently purchased a new mobile which requires a Nano sim. How do I get one to use the new phone?

Check if your current sim can be converted.

If not, you can get a new sim in store or by contacting O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

best to vist a 02 shop to you can get them to transfer the number over to the new sim as well passport is best one
