Requesting historic bills once account is closed

I switched providers in 2016 but I now need copies of my phone bills with 02 for a legal dispute.  If I call up will they just sent them out ?

@Donury236 They may not still have them as the account was closed a long time ago & any way they may not give them out due to ID & data protection but there is no harm in trying. Call them using the numbers on this link

If you can still access your MyO2 you might be able to download past bills yourself

Unfortunately I very much doubt that @Donury236 will have access to my O2 if the account was closed in 2016 though I think customer will be able to provide some bills but maybe not for the period he wants.
