I'm leaving O2 and was told I could just send a text to get a 'PAC', rather than having to call, then bring 

this into the phoneshop with me.

 

I've looked in the help articles but can't find any details. Is this service available?

Ah OK, so I'm a little early! I was told that this morning, and was planning to return to the shop tomorrow to sign-up.  

 

I'll call for the PAC in the meantime.

The new switching regulation comes into force from today (1 July 2019) and all our customers will be able to make use of this new switching service from then as per the regulation - you can find more information here.
