I have requested the PAC code three times via chat and just tried to access it via the phone on hold for one hour only for the phone to tell me the office is closed and then hang up and the email help request link just wrote back to me how the service I used to submit the request is no longer active...I tried the complaints line but then told the wait is longer than the lines are open so it would not be answered.
So, anyone got any tips??

I've been trying to get a PAC code for 3 days now, just how patient do they expect us to be?. BTW why is there nothing on the O2 website advising customers of the current problems, & how long they expect it to take to resolve them.
Really really poor customer service, so frustrating, I bet all the other mobile service providers are rubbing their collective hands at this.

I think you recently suggested this could be an idea for an automated process @Anonymous
why don't you go here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Community-Ideas/idb-p/community_ideas and make the suggestion. I am not sure how feasible it would be but if 'you don't ask you wont get'
