I would like to request for a refund for an order that was cancelled more than 10 days ago 17/06/24. Order No#NC70920200 

I have tried contacting customer services regarding this and I was told the money will come back automatically. I made an upfront payment of £350

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
