How long does 02 repairs take, its been "booked in" for 12 days already....
No emails, no phonecalls, no messages, no updates.

I had to speak to 02 on 11 occasions over the phone and in store 7 times regarding my iphone that wont turn on. Nothing was solved, I was simply transfered between customer service and insurance for several hours.
I found out about the online repair service myself, confused as to why they wouldnt tell me this?

Anyways, its been sent off and...nothing. Ive called to ask and they keep saying I should "get it this week".
How long am I supposed to wait because I dont want to over react if I dont need to. Nevertheless, I need my phone!

It's usually a quick turn around of 2-3 days but it sounds like they've lost yours !
