Refusal to provide PUK CODEs

I have just left 02 contract moved to sky but 02 will not give me PUK Codes for my 2 02 locked phones which has made my phones unuseable very poor service after years of a loyal customer how do i resolve this problem ?

@Karin27bt87bl How old are the phones? If they were purchased after June 2018, they shouldn't be locked. Have you tried another network's sim to double check?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

O2 can't refuse to unlock your phone.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Already rang told me to go to Sky but sky sim work fine in a different phone but not in 02 locked phone

There not inerested.

They have to be interested.

They are obliged under OFCOM regulations to release your phone.

PUK Codes are for Sim Card's and fore when you have locked your sim cards.

What phones do you have that you are trying to unlock?
