Has anyone waited nearly 3 weeks for a refund to be put back into their Bank Account?

I’m owed £522.00 and have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for it when the store said it usually takes 3-5 working days…I am absolutely fuming…😡😡😡😡

21 days or longer is not unusual for O2.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
