Two months ago I returned an Apple Pencil which I bought online and I didn’t receive a refund after 1 month. So I contacted customer services in which they responded that they will provide me with a refund and it should be present in my account in 14 days. However, this isn’t the case, after 3 weeks I still haven’t received a refund. Does anyone know if their is a delay on refunds or do I need to keep asking about my refund ? Thank you

You'll need to keep calling customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
